Sign in to your private Supabase CRM. Your browser copy remains available until you choose to import it.
First use: create an account, confirm the email Supabase sends, then sign in. The project uses row-level security, so only your signed-in account can read its CRM data.
Your browser copy saves immediately. When you are signed in and the status reads ☁ Cloud: synced, the same CRM also saves automatically to your private Supabase account.
☁ Cloud: synced means your private cloud copy is live. ☁ Cloud: import needed means the signed-in cloud copy is empty; use Import this CRM to cloud once to initialise it. It replaces the cloud copy with the browser copy currently open, so do not use it for a single-record deletion.Export JSON backup is a complete portable copy, including deleted-firm history; Import JSON backup replaces the browser copy and will sync it when cloud is active.Link backup file… creates a JSON file that updates automatically after each change. Firefox and Safari do not support this, so use Export/Import JSON there.Delete firm. After confirmation, it removes the firm and its contacts, opportunities and activity history from this browser and, when cloud is synced, from your private cloud copy. Restore it only from a backup or by adding it again.Pipeline stages: Not Contacted → Contacted → Engaged/Replied → Meeting Held → Committed/Passed. In the board view, drag a card between columns to change its stage. At the final stage, mark the outcome as Committed (won) or Passed (declined).
The same contact name shows up at more than one firm below. Usually this means one of the two is wrong (a mix-up during research, a stale record, or a genuine job change) — worth a quick check before you reach out.
